Closing ceremonies have been moved to June 16 for Peanuts and June 17 for Minors/Ozone

The City of Foley offers Youth Baseball for kids from 5 - 16 years old.  Age divisions and leagues include:

• Tee Ball (ages 5 and 6 year olds)
• Peanuts (ages 7 and 8 olds)
• Minors (ages 9 and 10 year olds)
• O-Zone (ages 11 and 12 year olds)
• Dixie Boys (ages 13 to 16 year olds)

This year, Dixie Youth will determine Age Groups by the player's age as of May 1 of the current year.

Assessments will be held during the following times for each age group:

Peanuts            6:00 PM                Tuesday March 4th

Minors              6:00 PM                Thursday March 6th

O-zone             6:00 PM                Thursday March 6th

All assessments will be held at Mel Roberts Park on Cedar Street.

Dixie Boys registration will be open until March 28th.  Registration will move from City Hall to the Recreation Department on Friday March 14th.

A baseball coaches meeting will be held on Thursday March 27th at 6 pm in City Hall. 

Foley High School will conduct a new players' clinic (ages 7 and up only) on Sunday March 2 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at Mel Roberts Park.

Foley High School will conduct a players' clinic (for all returning Minor and Ozone players) on Sunday March 2 from 3:00 - 5:00 pm at Mel Roberts Park.

Mac Siebert of the Pensacola Pelicans will offer a coaching clinic for Youth Baseball on March 8th from 9:00 - 11:00 am.  There is no cost for Foley Recreation coaches. Immediately following the clinic, we will have the player draft.
